Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Integrator India portal, API services, engineering tools, and B2B directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. B2B Account Registration & Verification

Users registering as Vendors, System Integrators, or Freelance Engineers must provide accurate business credentials (GSTIN, company registration, and contact info). Integrator India reserves the right to suspend unverified accounts.

3. RFQs and Transaction Integrity

All RFQ submissions, product listings, and price quotes generated on the platform must represent bona fide commercial intent. Deceptive listings or spam procurement inquiries are strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property & Engineering Tools

Calculations, fluid simulations, CAD schemas, and PLC presets provided in our industrial toolset are intended for engineering reference. Users retain ownership of their proprietary circuit designs saved in the workspace.

5. Limitation of Liability

Integrator India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party vendor performance or engineering tool outputs used in production deployments without independent site verification.

6. User-Generated Content & Community Forum Code of Conduct

Users posting questions, answers, ladder logic code, or technical advice in the Community Forum grant Integrator India a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, and display such content. Integrator India reserves the right to edit, unpublish, or delete any thread or reply without prior notice if deemed spam, commercial cold-pitching, abusive, or inaccurate. Unsolicited commercial sales offers and external promotional links are strictly prohibited inside forum posts.

7. Automated Social Media Marketing & Vendor Spotlights

By completing 100% of your company profile on IntegratorIndia, you grant IntegratorIndia permission to feature your verified business logo, specialization, and profile highlights across official social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for promotional directory showcases. Vendors may manage or opt out of social spotlights at any time via Account Settings.

8. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All transactions on integratorIndia are processed securely via Razorpay with 18% GST invoicing under official Indian Tax Regulations (SAC codes 998315, 998313, 996111, 998319). Below are the clear rules governing paid vendor subscriptions, RFQ lead unlocks, verification badges, and payment disputes:

Vendor Membership Subscriptions (Growth Pro & Enterprise Pro)

  • 24-Hour Grace Period Refund: Subscriptions are eligible for a 100% full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have unlocked no more than two (2) RFQ project leads.
  • Non-Refundable Window: Subscriptions are strictly non-refundable after 24 hours from purchase or if more than two (2) RFQ project leads have been unlocked during the grace period.
  • Auto-Renewal Control: Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew automatically. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time inside your Vendor Hub (/dashboard/settings). Your plan stays active until the end of your current paid billing period.

Pay-Per-Lead RFQ Unlocks (₹499 / Lead)

  • Non-Cash Policy: Individual RFQ lead unlocks (₹499 per lead) are non-refundable for cash once buyer contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp link) are revealed.
  • 1-for-1 Replacement Credit Guarantee: If an unlocked RFQ lead has a disconnected/invalid phone number or turns out to be a duplicate/spam test, report it within 48 hours via your Vendor Dashboard. Once verified by our team, we will issue 1 Replacement RFQ Lead Credit to your account at zero cost.

GST & Supplier Verification Badge (₹1,499 Fee)

  • Administrative Audit Fee: The ₹1,499 verification fee covers official GST portal auditing, document checking, and verified shield badge issuance. It is non-refundable once audit processing begins.
  • 14-Day Resubmission Grace Period: If your verification fails due to a document mismatch or expired tax registration, you have 14 days to resubmit valid GST documentation at no extra cost.

Chargeback Protocol & Payment Disputes

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with Razorpay or your bank results in immediate automatic suspension of your Vendor Account and locking of unlocked lead contacts. All transaction logs, IP addresses, digital delivery records, and GST invoices will be submitted directly to Razorpay Dispute Manager for resolution. Please contact support@integratorindia.com directly to resolve any billing issues before opening a dispute.
