Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across India to PIN codes served by our courier partners. Serviceability and the shipping charge for your PIN code are checked at checkout, before you pay.

• Sellers dispatch in-stock items within 3 working days of payment, unless the product page says otherwise.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the distance and the courier. Remote locations may take longer.
• If a seller cannot dispatch on time, we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Shipping is calculated by weight, size and distance and is shown, with 18% GST, as a separate line at checkout. The total you see before paying is the total you pay; there are no charges on delivery.

When the courier is booked you receive the tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can also see it in your order details.

• Check that the outer package is intact before accepting it. If it is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the delivery.
• Report damage, wrong or missing items within 48 hours, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
