Privacy Policy

IntegratorIndia (IntegratorIndia), 18/3 Prakruthi Nilaya, Ramagondanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064, decides how your personal data is used on https://integratorindia.com and is the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Account details: name, business email, phone number and password (stored by Firebase Authentication, never by us in readable form).
• Business details for sellers: company name, GSTIN, PAN, address, bank-linked Razorpay account and verification documents.
• Orders and enquiries: delivery address, GSTIN for invoices, items bought, RFQs, messages and bookings.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.

We do not collect card or UPI details; payments are handled by Razorpay.

• To run your account, show your listing, and connect buyers with sellers.
• To take payments, book couriers, issue GST invoices and meet our tax duties as an e-commerce operator (TCS and TDS returns).
• To send order, enquiry and account messages by email, WhatsApp and browser notifications.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve the site.

We send marketing messages only with your consent, and every message lets you opt out. We never sell your personal data.

• Sellers and buyers on the other side of an order or an unlocked enquiry, only as needed for that transaction.
• Service providers who process data for us: Google Firebase and Cloud (hosting, database, login), Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket and its courier partners (delivery), Resend (email), WhatsApp messaging, VBOUT (email marketing), Google Analytics and Sentry (usage and error monitoring), and Google Gemini (the AI tools, when you use them).
• Government authorities when the law requires it, for example GST and income-tax filings.

We keep account data while your account is open. Invoices and payment records are kept for eight years, as GST and income-tax law requires. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we shared it with.
• Correct or update it; most details can be edited in your dashboard.
• Withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, except records we must keep by law.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to.
• Complain to our Grievance Officer, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on Google Cloud, and access is limited by sign-in and database rules. We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences, and analytics cookies to understand usage.
